About Us
Since 1992, JYGA has been designing, manufacturing, and integrating end-of-line packaging machines for industrial clients. Based in La Séguinière, near Cholet, the company supports production sites in their projects involving case packing, cartoning, palletizing/depalletizing, robotic loading, and cobotics. Each project begins with a specific on-site need: target throughput, product formats to handle, available space, operator constraints, line layout, or upgrades to existing equipment.
Our teams possess the expertise required to manage a project from start to finish, from initial analysis to commissioning: needs assessment, mechanical design, automation, robotics, manufacturing, assembly, installation, training, and post-commissioning support. JYGA works with manufacturers in the food processing, cosmetics, hygiene, healthcare, and logistics industries. The company is part of the family-owned FIDEIP Group, an industrial environment that strengthens its engineering resources and its ability to build solutions tailored to the realities of factory operations.
Our History
1992
Founding of JYGA.
JYGA was founded with a clear mission: to design machines tailored to the real needs of manufacturers. From the very beginning, the company was built around mechanical engineering, automation, and an understanding of production lines. This hands-on culture continues to guide how the company approaches every project today: starting with the intended use, analyzing the factory’s constraints, and then developing a solution that aligns with the products, production rates, and the customer’s environment.
1997
First use of brushless motors.
JYGA integrates its first applications using brushless motors. This development marked a significant milestone in motion control, precision, and machine control. It enabled the company to advance further in the design of automated equipment, with movements that were better controlled and better suited to the constraints of packaging lines. This period confirmed JYGA’s technical focus and its ability to integrate new technologies to serve the needs of manufacturers.
2001
First wrap case packers,
and first robots.
JYGA develops its first wrap case packers and integrates its first robots. The company thus takes a pivotal step in establishing its position in end-of-line operations. Case packing, product handling, and robotic automation became key pillars of its product offering. These early projects laid the foundation for expertise that would later expand to include case packing machines, robotic loading, and comprehensive solutions for packaging lines.
2005
Construction of a new building.
To support its growth, JYGA built a new building. This change gave the company more space to design, assemble, and test its machines before installing them at customers’ sites. The workshop becomes a central hub for project management, from mechanical assembly to functional testing. This new facility reflects the company’s business growth and its commitment to structuring its industrial resources around increasingly comprehensive end-of-line projects.
2007
Launch of the JYBOX brand.
JYGA launches the JYBOX brand, dedicated to wrap-around case packing and robotic loading. This product line clarifies the company’s offering of machines designed to form, fill, and seal cartons from cardboard blanks. It meets the needs of manufacturers seeking to automate their case packing, save space on the production line, and simplify format changes. JYBOX is gradually becoming a milestone in JYGA’s history and in its development in the end-of-line sector.
2010
Palletizing is added to the JYBOX product line.
Palletizing is added to the JYBOX product line. JYGA is thus expanding the standardization of its offerings beyond case packing, with solutions capable of handling end-of-line palletizing. This development enables the company to offer a more comprehensive approach to end-of-line operations: packaging, handling, product consolidation, and preparation for shipment. Robotics is playing an increasingly important role in these projects, with cells tailored to specific formats, production rates, and layout constraints.
2014
JYGA joins the FIDEIP Group.
JYGA joins the family-owned FIDEIP Group, which specializes in mechanical engineering. This integration marks a new phase in the company’s development. It provides JYGA with a broader industrial environment, business synergies, and additional resources to support its projects. JYGA retains its identity, local roots, and specialization in end-of-line machinery, while benefiting from the support of a group structured around the industrial sector.
2017
JYGA is celebrating its 25th anniversary!
JYGA is celebrating 25 years in business. This anniversary highlights a journey built in partnership with manufacturers, centered on very concrete projects: automating packaging, streamlining palletizing, integrating robots, and adapting machines to workshop constraints. Over the past 25 years, the company has developed a project-based culture rooted in active listening, technical analysis, and on-site fine-tuning. This milestone also underscores the continuity of a company deeply committed to its craft and its customers.
2017
Building expansion,
and a new visual identity.
That same year, JYGA continued its growth with an expansion of its facilities and an update to its visual identity. The goal was twofold: to support the growth of industrial projects and to project a clearer image to customers. The new spaces facilitate workshop organization, machine assembly, and testing phases. This development also gives greater visibility to the company, its teams, and its market position in end-of-line packaging machinery.
2022
JYGA is celebrating its 30th anniversary!
JYGA is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Three decades after its founding, the company has solidified its role as a designer, manufacturer, and integrator of end-of-line machinery. Case packers, cartoning machines, palletizers, depalletizers, robotic loading cells, and cobots now make up a broad product offering, designed to meet the needs of industrial sites. This anniversary highlights the progress made, the teams that have driven these projects, and the trust built with customers through each installation.
2022
Workshop expansion.
To keep pace with evolving projects, JYGA is expanding its workshop. This additional space allows the company to accommodate more sophisticated machinery, better organize assembly phases, and conduct testing under optimal conditions. The expansion also supports the growing use of integrated production lines, which require more floor space, coordination, and preparation prior to shipment. This step strengthens JYGA’s ability to manage industrial projects from start to finish.
2025
Third expansion of the facilities
JYGA continues its growth with a third expansion of its facilities. This new phase responds to the increase in projects and evolving customer needs, particularly in the areas of complete production lines, robotics, and end-of-line equipment. The company is adapting its workspaces to better support the design, assembly, and fine-tuning of machines. This expansion reflects a continuous momentum, driven by the teams and JYGA’s industrial roots in La Séguinière.
Our Manufacturing Facilities
JYGA operates a 2,000 m² workshop in La Séguinière dedicated to the assembly, wiring, testing, and fine-tuning of end-of-line machines. This facility allows us to work on case packers, cartoning machines, palletizers, cobots, or complete production lines prior to their installation in the factory. The teams there combine the mechanical, electrical, automation, and robotics expertise needed to closely monitor every project. The machines are assembled, adjusted, and tested under conditions that closely mimic their future production environment, using the customer’s actual products and formats.
A workshop organized for industrial projects
The workshop is organized to facilitate workflows, coordinate teams, and methodically advance each assembly process—from mechanical subassemblies to machines ready for delivery and installation at the customer’s production site.
