End-of-line solutions adapted to industrial constraints

Every industry has its own packaging constraints, including product diversity, unusual formats, changing volumes, storage requirements, repetitive handling and the need to automate existing lines. JYGA supports manufacturers in designing end-of-line equipment for these challenges, whether the requirement is a standalone machine or a complete line.

Our solutions can cover case packing, cartoning, palletising, depalletising, robotic loading and automated handling. They are designed to process very different products, including paper bags, duvets, seeds, textile products, cases, manufactured goods and packaged equipment.

The objective is straightforward: automate repetitive operations, improve consistency, enhance working conditions and make end-of-line processes more reliable. JYGA teams assess requirements, product flows, space constraints and throughput targets to propose an industrial solution that is coherent, scalable and compatible with the production environment.

Wrap-Around Case Packer for Valve Gas Cartridges

For a company specialising in camping and outdoor products, JYGA deployed a wrap-around case packer for closed cases dedicated to valved gas cartridges. The cartridges arrive on a preparation belt where the flow is split into two rows, while stacks of cardboard blanks are loaded into the magazine. The case packer successively forms, fills, closes and discharges the cases. A 6-axis robot fitted with a vacuum gripper picks the rows of cartridges and places them into the waiting case before closing and transfer towards palletizing.

Our machine solutions

Packaging lines for industrial applications

Your packaging lines need machines aligned with your objectives. JYGA approaches every project with the same goal: to provide flexible, high-performance and scalable equipment. Whether you are investing in a specific packaging machine or replacing obsolete equipment, JYGA supports the project from pre-sales through to commissioning and provides ongoing support for the installed equipment.

JYGA equips end-of-line packaging systems across a wide range of manufacturing industries. The following are examples of sectors JYGA supports outside food and beverage, healthcare, and cosmetics:

  • Textile and clothing industries
  • Paper and cardboard industries
  • Tobacco-product manufacturing

Packaging machines for the textile industry

For the textile sector, JYGA designs machines for packing bagged textile products such as clothing and household linen into RSC cases. JYGA textile case-packing cells are flexible and high-performing. Equipped with articulated robots, they erect the cases, load the textile products, close the cases and discharge the finished packs. A dedicated compression system reduces product volume without damaging the textiles, helping optimise the available space inside each case.

Downstream of its top-load RSC case packers, JYGA can also provide textile palletising solutions. Depending on the requirement, automatic palletising cells can serve one or several production lines.

Packaging machines for non-food liquid containers

Do you manufacture or handle jerrycans, bottles or other containers for non-food liquids? JYGA provides reliable and robust machinery for end-of-line packaging of these products.
Our case packers can receive products such as jerrycans or flexible pouches from the production line while empty cases arrive from an existing case former. The machine then loads the products, closes the cases and discharges the full packs.

JYGA case-packing cells can integrate inkjet marking systems, weighing equipment and labelling machines.

For palletising jerrycans and similar containers, JYGA supplies flexible and compact equipment. At the end of the production line, robotic palletisers pick rows of products that have been accumulated into batches. The palletising robot uses an end-of-arm tool adapted to the product format and places each load onto the pallet. Once complete, the pallet is discharged ready for transport. JYGA palletisers can integrate pallet handling and layer-pad management, with an optional stretch wrapper where required to secure the load. JYGA palletisers also use JY’TOOL software, enabling operators to create pallet patterns quickly from the palletising-cell HMI.

Packaging machines for the paper industry

For paper-industry manufacturers, JYGA supplies end-of-line equipment including case packers and robotic palletisers.

Case packers for paper and cardboard products, such as paper bags and pouches, can load stacks into RSC cases. The equipment erects the cases, packs the products, closes the cases and discharges the full packs. JYGA designs the gripping system to handle bags and pouches gently without damage.  The machines are compact, flexible and ergonomic, with operation managed from an intuitive, user-friendly HMI.

JYGA also supplies complete end-of-line systems from case packing through to palletising. Product-flow management, communication between equipment and footprint optimisation are considered as part of the complete solution, allowing the system to be adapted to the constraints of each industrial environment.

Packaging machines for crop-protection products

For manufacturers of crop-protection products, JYGA designs end-of-line equipment for products packed in jerrycans, bottles, pouches, flexible packs and cases. Our machines can provide automatic case packing, inspection, labelling, transfer of full cases and palletising at the end of the line.

JYGA case packers can handle the different secondary packaging formats used in this sector, including RSC cases, open or closed wrap-around cases, custom cases and grouping packs. Depending on the product and the way it arrives at the machine, products can be picked individually, in batches, by row or by layer.

Downstream, JYGA can integrate robotic palletising solutions to arrange cases according to your pallet patterns. The aim is to build an end-of-line system aligned with throughput, layout constraints, product formats and the specific handling requirements of crop-protection products.
