End-of-line solutions designed for food & beverage requirements

JYGA designs and manufactures food and beverage packaging machines for end-of-line applications. Our equipment is dedicated to secondary packaging, including case packing, cartoning, palletising and robotic loading, with solutions ranging from standalone machines to complete lines.

We support food and beverage manufacturers with case packing and palletising projects, taking account of products, formats, throughput, layout and existing equipment. Our solutions can improve productivity and reduce MSD risks associated with manual handling at the end of the line.

Wrap-Around Case Packer for Coffee Sachets

JYGA developed a high-performance wrap-around case packer dedicated to ground- or whole-bean coffee sachets. Compact and designed for multiple formats, it automates the entire process: feeding, robotic picking, case loading, folding, gluing and inspection. Fast format changes and assisted adjustments reduce line stoppages, while the 15-inch touchscreen and data traceability simplify operation. A turnkey solution for greater throughput, quality and operator comfort.

Our machine solutions

Food & beverage packaging machinery

JYGA offers food and beverage packaging machinery for case packing, palletising and automated handling projects. From standalone equipment to complete lines, JYGA machines are robust and designed for food-industry environments including cheese, dairy, prepared meals, biscuit production, baby food, pet food, processed meat and meat.

Equipment designed for demanding food-production environments

JYGA’s experience and understanding of food-production processes enable us to work on lines handling unpackaged, ultra-fresh or frozen products in cold or humid environments.

To meet cleanability requirements, our equipment is designed to minimise areas where water, powder or dust can accumulate. Frames, electrical cabinets and cable routing are engineered for the hygiene and humidity constraints found in many food-production areas.

JYGA works with manufacturers in cheese, dairy, processed meat, prepared meals, biscuit production, industrial pastry, grocery products, seafood and meat processing.

A single partner for food & beverage end-of-line projects

JYGA supports manufacturers with the study, design and manufacture of food and beverage end-of-line systems. Our teams develop both standalone equipment and complete lines, taking account of products, throughput, layout and site operating constraints.

Managing the project through a single point of contact simplifies coordination of technical choices, equipment interfaces and integration with existing machinery. It also makes it easier to monitor engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.

A JYGA food and beverage end-of-line project can include layout studies, product-flow organisation, communication between equipment, integration of existing machines, future throughput changes and project budget assessment.

Depending on the application, we design robotic loading, case packing, palletising and collaborative palletising solutions to automate case packing and pallet loading in food-production environments.

End-of-line equipment to improve productivity and reduce MSD risks

On food-production lines, case packing and palletising can involve repetitive handling, throughput imbalances and production stoppages. Automation makes these stages more consistent while improving working conditions at the relevant workstations.

Manual end-of-line packaging exposes operators to repetitive movements, load handling and sustained production rates. Depending on products, formats and throughput, these tasks can also limit line productivity. Automation can reduce MSD risks and provide better control of product flows.

JYGA equipment is designed to simplify line operation, format changeovers and operator intervention. Workstation ergonomics, access to machine areas and the operator interface are engineered around the actual operating conditions of food-production facilities.

JYGA robotic solutions are designed around required throughput, repeatable product handling and end-of-line safety. They automate case packing and pallet loading while taking account of line organisation and interaction with operators.
