Our teams carry out trials on Pal’it Air using your cases, throughput requirements, gripping constraints and pallet patterns. These tests make it possible to check the compatibility of the solution, observe product behaviour and adjust the pre-project parameters. You leave with concrete information to help you decide on the next steps.

Visualise your future line with 3D scanning and 360° videos
JYGA uses 3D scanning to capture your industrial environment and integrate your future equipment into it: case packer, palletiser, cartoner or complete line. This modelling helps you visualise the layout, access points, flows and interfaces with existing equipment. 360° videos complement this approach by allowing you to observe a packaging line in operation. You therefore have practical materials to assess, compare and present your project internally.
Virtual Reality
Virtual reality for your end-of-line project
No more 2D drawings! To help you visualise your end-of-line project, JYGA can present the layouts of your machine or machines in virtual reality. This technology makes it possible to validate the line concept and layout. Thanks to full immersion, you can visualise the machine at full scale and interact with it.
Used during the drawing approval stage before manufacturing, virtual reality makes it possible to identify access to the various components, optimise overall machine ergonomics and reduce the risk of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders). The approach is collaborative and allows both technical and operational teams to take part.
