Interlayer Magazines
Your pallet loads may require layer pads between product layers. A magazine can be integrated into the high-throughput single-column palletiser cell. The operator loads a complete stack of layer pads in one operation, then the robot picks them one at a time and places them onto the waiting layer.
Layer pads can be made from cardboard, including solid board, corrugated board, kraft paper sheets or kraft paper rolls, or from plastic materials such as fluted sheets and roll-fed sheets.
