Wrap-Around Case Packing for Dessert Cups
For a subsidiary of an international group specialising in baby food, JYGA installed a mechanised open-case wrap-around case packer dedicated to dessert cups. Packs of four (with or without a sleeve/carrier) are received from the existing line, grouped into batches and automatically loaded into cases formed from flat cardboard blanks. The machine integrates several sticker applicators, case labelling, pack-count inspection and the separation of incomplete cases to a manual handling area or to an existing palletiser.

Made in France end-of-line solutions for baby food
All JYGA machines are designed and manufactured in France in a workshop where rigour and attention to detail are central. Most of the company’s suppliers are French and meet the quality requirements expected in demanding sectors such as baby food. Hygiene standards, careful product handling and traceability systems are all considered to deliver baby food packaging lines that meet customer expectations.
Tailored project support
For baby food packaging projects, JYGA teams support customers from the pre-sales stage with tailored layouts adapted to technical and dimensional constraints. Future baby food case packers can be viewed at full scale in virtual reality within the production environment. Once an order is placed, the mechanical, automation and electrical design offices complete the detailed engineering before the machine is assembled in JYGA’s workshop. Machine layouts can again be validated in virtual reality, followed by factory testing using the customer’s own products. The equipment is then delivered and installed on the baby food packaging line.
