CFIA Rennes 2020 Postponed
JYGA is giving you an exclusive preview of the latest developments in its machines dedicated to product case packing. More ergonomic, functional, flexible and efficient, JYGA wrap-around case packers are evolving.
New features arriving in 2020 include: preventive maintenance (alerts programmed from the HMI); predictive maintenance (anticipating pneumatic and electrical energy consumption); format changeovers (tooling identification using RFID chips); and enhanced connectivity (real-time information on machine status).
The design of the case packers themselves has also been reviewed, with a more modular approach that makes assembly and disassembly easier and speeds up installation. The design is more ergonomic for operators, with easier access to machine components for maintenance.
More efficient machines, but also more responsible ones: having launched its environmental approach in 2019, JYGA continued and strengthened it in 2020. For every machine designed, JYGA offsets the energy and resources used during in-house design by planting 26 trees. JYGA also encourages its customers to offset the carbon emissions associated with their new equipment by offering to plant trees in their name.
Improvements include:
- Better anticipation and responsiveness through preventive and predictive maintenance
- Optimised format changeovers thanks to RFID chips
- Improved communication and understanding between machine and operator
- A more ergonomic and functional design
- Carbon offsetting for machine design through tree planting
