JYGA at Europack CFIA Lyon
For its fourth edition, EUROPACK EUROMANUT CFIA is focusing on innovation and showcasing the best in production and processing. Once again this year, JYGA will also take part in the ROBOT PACK LINE, one of the highlights of the three-day event. Dedicated to industrial robotics, the Robot Pack Line will bring together 16 functions on a working robotic packaging line covering 480 m². JYGA will exhibit a robotic wrap-around case packer on the line.
DISCOVER JYGA’S FIRST ROBOTIC WRAP-AROUND CASE PACKER CONTROLLED BY A SINGLE CONTROLLER
JYGA will present its first robotic wrap-around case packer controlled by a single controller. Based on a wrap-around case packer, the machine will load metal tins into an open case using a SCARA robot. The innovation: one single controller manages both the machine actuators and the robot. The benefits? A separate robot control cabinet is no longer required, making integration simpler and faster. Machine control is also simplified, with a single program, and maintenance interventions are easier. Visitors will also be able to explore the new machine interface. More intuitive and ergonomic, it allows operators to consult manuals and videos and control the machine.
