Tree Planting for Cholet’s Autumn Festival
Every year, Cholet city and agglomeration organise a tree-planting initiative with local schoolchildren during the Autumn Festival.
As part of its CSR approach and its commitment to supporting local reforestation initiatives, JYGA contacted the City of Cholet to take part in a project that was particularly important to the company.
The planting was carried out with Year 4 pupils from École Molière and Year 2/3 pupils from École des Richardières at Bois Lavau. More than 300 standard trees and understory plants were planted in partnership with Pépinières Naudet through its Horizon forêt by NAUDET programme.
Thank you to the City of Cholet, the pupils, the Lions Club members and retired parks staff who attended, as well as Pépinières NAUDET, for this excellent planting initiative. We look forward to following its development.
