Nearly 20 Years in Service: a JYGA Case Packer Still Keeping Pace
Installed at NORMANDISE Pet Food, our wrap-around case packer for flow-packed pet-food products is still running cycle after cycle with long-lasting performance: one closed case per second since 2006.
A leading French manufacturer of wet food for dogs and cats, NORMANDISE Pet Food called on JYGA to integrate two wrap-around case packers at its Vire site.
To extend the long-term performance of our machines, the customer chose to remanufacture certain automation components in collaboration with our partner BOSCH Rexroth. This approach extends service life with limited impact on production organisation, while reducing the carbon footprint and costs by up to 50% compared with new equipment.
