Wrap-Around Case Packing for Dessert Cups

For a subsidiary of an international group specialising in baby food, JYGA installed a mechanised open-case wrap-around case packer dedicated to dessert cups. Packs of four (with or without a sleeve/carrier) are received from the existing line, grouped into batches and automatically loaded into cases formed from flat cardboard blanks. The machine integrates several sticker applicators, case labelling, pack-count inspection and the separation of incomplete cases to a manual handling area or to an existing palletiser.
