Wrap-Around Case Packing for Rillettes Cups

This JYGA case study highlights an open-case wrap-around case packer dedicated to rillettes jars. Compact and multi-format, the machine handles up to 8 jar formats, forms the cases, prepares the batches and automatically packs 100 jars per minute, for 10 to 20 cases/min. Assisted format changeovers reduce downtime and make the process more reliable. At the outfeed, full cases are discharged automatically, giving the processed-meat customer a smoother, more ergonomic and higher-performance end of line.
