This application was developed for a French company specialising in paper and cardboard packaging for fast-food restaurants, retail chains and commerce.
With its business growing rapidly, the company wanted to invest in its production equipment to meet new objectives. It therefore contacted us for an automatic paper-bag case-packing project.
The case packer had to receive bags from an existing stacker, separate the bundles, form RSC cases, pack the bundles, allow bundles to be discharged, close the cases and discharge the full cases.
For this project, the company was looking for a reliable partner in terms of performance and deadlines, with proven expertise in designing end-of-line packaging systems and case-packing machines.

To meet this requirement, JYGA recommended the installation of an RSC case packer.
This solution includes:
