A specialist in wrap-around case packing and robotic palletising, JYGA also provides complete end-of-line packaging systems from cartoning onwards and can integrate equipment such as labelling, drying and weighing systems.

Case packing moulded butter packs
A company specialising in animal and vegetable fats required a solution to optimise its production line for moulded butter packs. JYGA developed an automated case packing solution that provides reliable, flexible and high-performance packing of moulded butter packs into RSC cases.
The case packing system is flexible, with rapid case format changeovers in under five minutes, giving operators full autonomy. An innovative handling system also moves the moulded butter packs gently, preserving both their shape and quality.
Butter block case packing: an automated solution
The world’s leading dairy group selected JYGA to optimise the case packing of its products, including butter blocks. The automated solution packs butter blocks efficiently into cases. Case format changes are carried out quickly using simple adjustments while maintaining autonomous case packing operation.
The intuitive HMI provides real-time production monitoring, preventive-maintenance alerts and detailed event information, giving operators full visibility of the case packing process.
Butter tub case packing: flexibility and autonomy
A leading producer of traditional Normandy butter chose to automate the case packing of butter tubs. JYGA developed a wrap-around case packer providing flexible, autonomous case packing. The solution enables rapid case format changeovers and easy operation through an intuitive HMI, giving operators full control of their workstation and supporting efficient, consistent production.
Innovative butter roll case packing
A company in the butter and dairy sector selected JYGA to automate butter roll case packing. The solution forms cases from flat cardboard blanks, loads the butter rolls accurately, then closes and discharges the cases. A connected HMI allows the operator to monitor production in real time and manage maintenance alerts.
Churned butter: performance and quality
JYGA was selected for an automated churned butter packaging project. The solution case packs churned butter while preserving product quality. Case formats can be adapted to different products, providing a modular and high-performance system.
The case packer can handle up to 100 churned butter products per minute and offers straightforward format changeovers completed in just a few minutes via the intuitive HMI.
