JY’TOOL is palletising software that helps you create your own palletising patterns. It makes it easy to optimise pallet loading according to the size of your cases.
JY’TOOL calculates the optimum pattern for palletising cases, parcels and cartons from the data entered (case dimensions and height, label position, etc.). It is integrated directly into the palletiser operator terminal, making it quick and easy for operators to view, edit and save several configurations. Stored palletising patterns can be revised at any time.
The JY’TOOL application takes case facing and layer-pad management into account.

Creating / editing layers
Depending on the case format and whether layer pads are used, the software automatically calculates the optimum arrangement on the pallet. It can generate column-stacked or interlocked layer patterns, with or without taking product facing into account. Stored palletising patterns can be edited at any time.
Building the pallet with/without layer pads
JY’TOOL also provides flexible layer-pad management. For each layer, you can define whether or not a layer pad is required.
Automatic program transfer
JY’TOOL not only creates palletising patterns, it can also transfer them automatically to the robot so production can start without manual intervention.
