Robotic Loading of Unpackaged Products
JYGA offers machines for handling unpackaged products before they enter their primary packaging. Applications include cakes, cheese, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. Depending on the product and future packaging, JYGA can integrate automatic loading, cartoning, wrap-around case packing for open or closed cases, RSC case packing, custom cases and palletising.

Unpackaged Product Handling
JYGA has designed packaging and robotic handling machines since 1992, enabling us to provide both standardised and special-purpose equipment. Examples of applications already completed for unpackaged products include:
- Demoulding small pastries: removing frozen fondants from silicone moulds using a two-axis handling system.
- Loading a sandwich line: placing ham slices into pockets on an existing line to assemble sandwiches.
- Complete minced-steak line: managing frozen steaks from the outfeed of a freezer located four metres high through cartoning and case packing.
- Mushroom picking and stem-cutting cell: automatically picking mushrooms, cutting the stems and placing the products into plastic crates.
