Tub Packaging
From case packing to palletising, including handling operations such as tray loading and unloading, our end-of-line solutions can meet a wide range of tub packaging requirements, whether tubs are grouped or individual, cardboard or plastic, and lidded or unlidded.
Do your tubs contain dairy products, savoury preparations or sweet products? JYGA’s experience in tub packaging enables us to define suitable solutions for different sectors and tub formats, including sleeving of injected or thermoformed tubs.
Tub Case Packers
JYGA automatic case packers are designed for demanding packaging sectors such as dairy, infant nutrition and chilled foods. We provide robust, ergonomic case packing lines according to production requirements. Automated systems improve safety, consistency and flexibility while supporting high production rates.
For individual tubs and cardboard dessert tubs, grouping systems can accumulate several tubs before placing them as a layer in the case. For pre-grouped tubs, vacuum-plate gripping systems can pick the complete group before loading it into the case.
We also offer robotic tub palletising solutions using vacuum plates that can pick grouped tubs and build the pallet layer by layer.
