Bottles are fundamental to many industrial sectors, including beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. Bottle case packing can be demanding, particularly at high throughput, so reliable automated solutions are essential.
JYGA bottle case packing solutions can handle high production rates and multiple bottle formats. From small to large bottles, glass or plastic, with integrated or screw caps, handles or other features, the gripping system is adapted to the product. It may use finger-style mechanical grippers that reproduce a hand-like grip, or bell- and tulip-style gripping systems.
Our bottle case packers can use one robot with multiple pick-up or several robots with individual pick-up. Proven end-of-arm tooling maintains the product securely and places it carefully into the case. JYGA solutions can automate bottle pick-up and loading into RSC or other case formats.
