Case Packing, Cartoning and Loading for Sachets

For your sachet packaging projects, JYGA offers machines suited to the format of your product, whether you need to handle small liquid or powder samples, medium-size sachets containing different products, or vacuum-packed food products.

For cartoning, our high-throughput cartoners pick stacks formed using a carousel. A gripper handles the sachet batch and places it into the carton. If you already have a cartoner, we can also provide a high-throughput solution for loading the lugs or buckets of your cartoner.

For packing sachets into RSC cases, a robot fitted with a gripper picks a stack and places it into the case. Rows and layers can be separated with layer pads, with the robot handling both the sachets and the pads.

For larger sachets packed in wrap-around cases, other solutions can be considered, such as accumulating products into batches and then loading them into the case using a pusher system.
