Whatever the carton format, our cartoning and case packing machines can place cartoned products into cases. Depending on the project, case packers can use one or more robots and single or multiple pick-up. The gripping system is also adapted to the application, for example vacuum or mechanical grippers. Products can be positioned upright or lying flat in the case according to the case-packing pattern. Our wrap-around carton case packers are flexible, high-throughput solutions.
We can also provide mixed-product case packers that combine different products in the same case to automate assortment creation.
Our solutions can manage product orientation inside the case, including facing requirements for cartons with windows.
