Tray Packaging
Are you looking for a solution for tray packaging? JYGA offers a complete range of tray packaging machines. We provide equipment for sleeving, wrap-around case packing with or without a top cover, and packing into RSC cases. Our robotic or mechanised machines automate repetitive, high-throughput operations for a wide range of industries, particularly food and beverage applications such as deli-meat and food trays.
Our machines handle all types of tray packaging: sealed plastic trays, lidded trays, cardboard trays, small formats and large formats. Depending on your requirements, options can include product inspection, case-fill inspection, FIFO storage and labelling.
An air-blowing system can be installed upstream of our tray case packers. If products leave the production line wet, residual moisture can damage the cardboard case. The blowing system removes remaining droplets before case packing.
