This application was developed for a company specialising in dairy-product processing. The company contacted JYGA for a project to automatically palletize yoghurt multipacks.
Project & solution
To meet this requirement, JYGA recommended installing a single-line robotic palletizer.
The palletizing cell includes a 4-axis palletizing robot with a vacuum plate, a tilting layer-pad magazine, integration of a marking system, a row-preparation conveyor and a palletizing station on a conveyor.
