Automatic Single-Line Palletiser
Equipped with a proven industrial robot, this automatic single-line palletiser integrates easily at the end of a production line. Its compact footprint provides food and beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers with a reliable, high-performance palletising solution. Depending on the application, it can be fitted with clamp, claw or vacuum plate grippers and can handle many formats, including closed or open cases, trays, bags and bundles.
The automatic single-line palletiser is a compact and straightforward solution built around a multi-axis industrial robot. This palletising cell is designed to palletise products from a single production line. With this configuration, each line can have its own autonomous, independent palletiser, providing the same core function as conventional low-level or high-level palletising systems.
Flexible and versatile, the JYGA robotic palletising range can be equipped with three types of end-of-arm tool to palletise products individually, by row or by layer:
- Clamp grippers for cases and trays
- Claw grippers for bags, bundles and semi-rigid products
- Vacuum plate grippers
Some grippers can include a lower-layer squaring module to help produce a perfectly aligned pallet.
The robotic palletising cell can also be fitted with a pallet dispenser, layer pad dispenser and row or layer preparation modules.
Completed pallets can then be transferred to a stretch wrapper or labeller.
JY’TOOL pallet pattern software
The automatic single-line palletiser can also be equipped with JY’TOOL pallet pattern software. It allows operators to create and modify pallet patterns for the line in just a few minutes. Multiple configurations can be saved directly from the operator terminal and then selected for production.
Collaborative robot option
Depending on the application, the single-line palletiser can be fitted with a collaborative robot. This collaborative configuration retains the core functions of the guarded single-line palletising cell while using a different safety approach.
