JY’TOOL is palletising software that helps operators create their own pallet patterns and optimise pallet loading according to case dimensions.

Based on entered data such as case dimensions, case height and label position, JY’TOOL proposes an optimised palletising pattern for cases, parcels and cartons. It is integrated directly into the palletiser operator terminal, making it quick and easy to view, modify and save multiple configurations. Stored pallet patterns can be revised at any time.

JY’TOOL also takes product facing and layer pad management into account.

Software Integrated into the Palletiser Terminal

JY’TOOL helps operators create their own pallet patterns and optimise pallet loading according to case dimensions. Based on data such as case dimensions, case height and label position, it proposes an optimised palletising pattern for cases, parcels and cartons.

The software is integrated directly into the palletiser operator terminal, making it quick and easy to view, modify and save multiple configurations. Stored pallet patterns can be revised at any time. JY’TOOL also takes product facing and layer pad management into account.

The software was developed around the screens and operator terminals used across JYGA case packing and palletising machines.
