The PAL’IT ONE compact palletiser is a highly flexible palletising solution for manufacturers looking for an ultra-compact machine that can evolve with production needs. PAL’IT ONE can be upgraded from a single to a double palletising configuration with minimal changes. This compact robotic palletiser is fully customisable with functional modules such as layer pad magazines, pallet storage and case conveyors. Designed to be moved and restarted without reconfiguration, it is suited to food and beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics/personal care applications and can palletise up to 16 cases per minute, with case weights up to 20 kg.

Compact Palletiser PAL’IT ONE

PAL’IT ONE is an ultra-compact, modular palletising cell that is easy to transport and install. Ready to use, this flexible palletiser can be commissioned very quickly and reach throughputs of up to 16 cases per minute.

Its modular design allows the palletising cell to be configured around the application. Like a puzzle, the system is built from functional modules such as a layer pad magazine, pallet magazine and dual pallet outfeed conveyor.

JY’TOOL pallet pattern software

PAL’IT ONE can also be equipped with JY’TOOL pallet pattern software. Operators can create and modify the line’s pallet patterns in just a few minutes, save multiple configurations from the operator terminal and select them for production.

JY’TOOL is available through the redesigned HMI, with intuitive local or remote operation, a large touchscreen, integrated videos and instructions, machine video monitoring and screen duplication on a tablet or smartphone.
