This application was developed for an international company specialising in cosmetics and luxury goods. The company contacted us for a solution to pack cartons containing skincare-cream cups into cases.

To meet this requirement, JYGA recommended the installation of a case packer for custom small-format cardboard boxes.
This automatic cartoning system automatically packs cream cartons into boxes. The cartons arrive on a conveyor and are transferred one by one to form batches of three cartons. A code-reading system checks them during transfer.
At the same time, the box blanks are preformed against a guide. Once formed, the box is presented at the packing station. A robot fitted with a gripper picks the batch of three cartons and places it into the box. The boxes are then closed and discharged. A label is applied just before the boxes leave the cell.
